Requirements:

  • One Week Pre-order reservation required on Hams,Bacon, and Briskets to allow cure and cook times.
  • 3 Days Pre-order reservation required on Boston Butts, and both Meat and Sausage Loaves.

*All meat must be purchased from Bryant Beef prior to the custom processing taking place.

$5 LB for Smoked Snack Sticks Jerky
$6 LB for Smoked Sliced Roast Jerky
All orders are weighed raw, 5 Pound minimum for all Jerky meat orders. Meat must be purchased from Bryant Beef to qualify for custom processing.
Flavors include: Original, Cracked Pepper and Garlic, and Mango Habanero. (Don’t like those flavors? Bring your own custom blend to be used.
Packaging Options are the following: 3oz,4oz,8oz,12oz,and 16oz bag sizes.

SMOKED DINNER MEATS

$4 LB for processing Hams,Boston Butts, Slab Bacon, Briskets, Meat Loafs (Beef,and/or Sausage).
Again, 1 Week pre-order reservation required on Hams,Bacon, and Briskets to allow cure and cook times.
Again, 3 Days Pre-order reservation required on Broston Butts, and both Meat and Sausage Loafs.
Again, all meat must be purchased from Bryant Beef prior to the custom processing taking place.
